The Masons Arms
Welcome to The Masons Arms
There are different stories about the Masons Arm's history, from being originally a tailors shop, a hairdressers salon, and a public house. The building is believed to be 300 years old and has been a pub for at least 150 years, with the landlady of the time naming the pub after all the stonemasons who were busy on the development of the Mayfair at this time. With St Georges church opposite it's said that often a groom could be seen downing a swift half before taking the leap into marriage. Still frequented by the tailors of Saville Row the Masons now is a fine establishment serving cask ale, hearty pub food and a very warm welcome.
