The Golden Fleece
Welcome to The Golden Fleece
Just a short walk from St Pauls Cathedral, the Golden Fleece takes its name from the Order of the Golden Fleece worn by Louise XIV. The famous Hope Diamond was rumoured to have been cut from the fleece by local jewellers after it was stolen during the French Revolution. Now the pub is home to a fabulous range of cask ale, perfect to accompany some hearty pub food whilst escaping the buzz of the City.
